General Electric Company: parent company; a consolidation of GE's industrial manufacturing and services businesses and the financial businesses of GE Capital Global Holdings, LLC (GECGH) and General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC), its predecessor.

General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC): previously wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric Company. In December 2015, GECC was merged into General Electric Company and as a result is no longer a SEC registrant. GECC is the predecessor to GECGH.

General Electric Capital Services (GECS): filed a Form 8-K on February 22, 2012 outlining the merger of GECS into GECC. This merger eliminated the reporting obligations of GECS to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Visit www.sec.gov to view historic filings.
