Darrell Heaps, Founder & CEO

Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur and has spent his career building software companies from small to large. As the CEO of Q4 Inc. Darrell has led the company’s vision and unique marketing and sales strategy to help Q4 become a recognized leader in the IR space. Darrell together with the global Q4 team are revolutionizing the IR space by delivering advanced technology solutions to help IROs manage, analyze and improve their engagement with the capital markets. On a personal front, Darrell is an avid cyclist and mountain biker and lives in Toronto with his wife and is a proud father of two children. Darrell studied Business and Computer Science at York University.

Jason Brausewetter, SVP, Global Head Of Sales

Jason joined Q4 in 2014 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the global sales force and business development team. In addition he is closely involved with strategy, marketing and product development. Jason is passionate about delivering superior capital markets intelligence and bridging the gap between Corporate and the Buy- and Sell-side.

Jason has spent 20 years on and around Wall Street. Prior to Q4, Jason was VP, Head of Sales for a Silicon Valley start-up, LOYAL3 and spent a good bulk of his career at NASDAQ OMX as VP, Head of Global Sales where he helped build and scale their Corporate Solutions enterprise. Earlier Jason was an Institutional Sales Trader for Schwab Capital Markets and a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley. FINRA and NFA licenses obtained Series 7, 31,55, 63 and 65.

Adam Frederick, SVP, Intelligence

Adam is an experienced capital markets intelligence professional with 17 years of service in the industry. In his role as Senior Vice President of Intelligence at Q4, Adam is responsible for directing the over-all vision and growth of Q4’s Intelligence Division, which provides intelligence solutions for public companies, including: stock surveillance, capital markets intelligence, trading analytics, activist watch, options intelligence, desktop management solutions, and more.

Prior to joining Q4, Adam was CEO & Co-founder of Oxford Intelligence Partners, a Capital Markets Intelligence firm which was acquired by Q4 in 2015. Previous to Oxford, Adam spent 5 years as the Managing Director of NASDAQ’s Corporate Solutions Group, and before that was a Partner at Bloom Partners. Adam began his career in IR services at Thomson Financial in 1999. He has also obtained the Series 7, 52 and 63 licenses. Adam graduated with a BS in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, OH.

Matt Twydell, SVP, Client Services

As Senior VP, Communications, Matt is in charge of leading every aspect of Q4’s communication clientele experience, from the service strategy to managing Q4’s international Implementations, Project Management, Client Services and Support teams. Previously Matt served as Sr. Account Director (Digital) at Capital C for six years. Prior to that Matt worked at Nissan, where he created a streamlined and user-centered experience for estimating car payments. Matt graduated with a BA in Mass Communications and English from York University.

Mark Wicks, SVP, Operations

As Senior VP Operations at Q4, Mark is involved in process automation, systems integration, developing sales opportunities, and being involved in strategic negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors. Previously, Mark served as President at Magnum Copy Centres Inc., a full service digital print shop and design house of which he was a founding partner.

Ryan Levenberg, Cheif Financial Officer

Ryan is the VP of Finance at Q4 and joined in December 2014. Prior to joining Q4, Ryan was working with both public and private companies at PwC, providing assurance services and transaction support. Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit paired with his professional experience has allowed him to bring innovative financial management practices to Q4.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA (PwC).

Roland Beaulieu, Sr. Advisor/Corporate Development

Roland brings over 25 years of experience in business leadership and development, in both industry leading and growth-stage technologies. He was President & CEO of First Coverage, before its merger with TIM Group in 2011, and was Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Communications Broadcast Network (CCBN) before it was sold to Thomson Financial/Reuters. In addition, Roland was the Head of CCBN's Institutional Management Group, which successfully launched "StreetEvents," a corporate reporting tool that was standardized across Wall Street institutions.
